Wellness Classes: Tai Chi

Want to freshen up your spirit and build up your body strength with safe, health-improving exercise?

Learn Tai Chi, the glorious ancient Chinese exercise regimen.

Tai Chi is ideal for body fitness, joints flexibility and arthritis pain relief. It improves your body balance, gracefulness and spiritual calmness.

Course instructor:

George Wu is a licensed Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China and has been practicing acupuncture, tuina, herbal medicine, reflexology and acupressure at the Shiatsu School of Canada, ki On College since November 2007. George Wu moved to Toronto, Canada in 2006 after completing his Ph.D in TCM and has over 12 years of experience within the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

 

Course Details:

Cost: 10 Sessions for $100 (+gst)
