Instructor:  Donna Oliver

Qi Gong, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is the skillful practice of guiding and inducing the body's Qi or vital energy to revitalize and restore optimum health.

The Wudang Hun Yuan Qigong Regulations, are a set of 10 repetitive movement meditations to cleanse, transform, replenish and balance the practitioners physical, emotional and spiritual energies.

Implemented in several Chinese hospitals, to restore and improve health, they are highly adaptable to any fitness level.

Course Instructor:

Donna Oliver is a Medical Qigong Therapist certified by the International Institute of Medical Qigong and instructor of Chinese Internal Martial and Healing Arts. She has trained under some of the most prominent Practitioners in North America and China since 1988 and co-runs the Tai Chi and Meditation Centre in Toronto.

February 15 to April 18, 2012, Wednesdays, 6 pm to 7 pm

April 25 to June 27, 2012, Wednesdays, 6 pm to 7 pm
 

Location:  Shiatsu School of Canada and SSC Acupuncture Institute

Tuition:  10 Sessions for $100 (+tax)

 

Registration: Please call 416-323-1818 to register for this course. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard or in person using cash or Interac. Six person minimum is required to run this course however class sizes are kept small to allow for a lot of one on one time with the instructor.  Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Register early to avoid disappointment.  

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on or before two weeks prior to the start date will result in a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
