Wellness Classes: Guided Meditation for Healing Meditation can be seen as an experience (or state of being) which is always present, waiting to be uncovered, discovered and experienced. In this class, we will explore a variety of meditation techniques and tools, such as sound, breath, movement and visualization, to cultivate awareness and healing at multiple levels, including the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies that will inspire both beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. Some of the benefits of meditation include an increase in mental clarity, self-awareness and emotional resiliency, as well as stress reduction and empowerment. Each session will include a guided visualization, a guided group meditation and an opportunity for dialogue and reflection.
