Wellness Classes:
Gentle Yoga & Meditation

This class will explore mindful breathing and movement through guided meditation, gentle movement, yoga and meridian ('ki') stretching exercises.

Gentle Yoga and meditation restores and nurtures the body, helping one to become more aware of their breathing, energy levels and overall wellbeing.

Deepen your mind, body and spirit connection through this popular form of relaxation.

Course instructor:

Lori Eisler is a practicing Shiatsu therapist, RMT and gentle yoga/meditation instructor in Toronto. Over the past 17 years, Lori has adapted her skills to aid people of all ages working with those in the workplace by providing treatments and seminars on stress management. Lori also teaches Zen Shiatsu in the full time diploma program at the Shiatsu School of Canada and incorporates meridian stretches within each class.

Course Details:

Cost: 10 Sessions for $100 (+gst)

Optional Dates:
Tuesdays, September 16th to November 18th, 2008: 5pm - 6pm

Tuesdays, January 20th to March 24th, 2009: 5pm to 6pm

Tuesdays, April 7th to June 9th, 2009: 5pm to 6pm
