If you would like to learn a simple but effective technique to improve health and learn to relax, this is the course for you! Shiatsu is a popular style of Oriental Bodywork that can help you to maintain better health and ease the aches and stresses of daily life.  This introductory course will teach you the correct technique and how to give a relaxing full body treatment.  You will also learn some basic theory, self shiatsu, meditation and meridian stretching.

A letter of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.

 

**This course is an excellent introduction to the career training diploma therefore 
100%
of fees paid toward this interest course will be credited towards the diploma 
program tuition fee.  Please note however that the 30 hours of training will not be 
credited towards the 2200 hour diploma program.  Registrations are taken on a first 
come, first served basis.   Minimum of six students required to run this program.
