Shiatsu  and Acupuncture 
Professional Clinic

Since June 10, 2000 the Shiatsu School of Canada has operated a Professional Clinic at the school. Treatment options include shiatsu, acupuncture, moxabustion and cupping.

SHIATSU
Shiatsu treatments have been used to give relief for a wide variety of conditions including:
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Back pain
- Stress
- Headaches
- Poor digestion
- Constipation
- Fibromyalgia
- And many other chronic conditions

ACUPUNCTURE, MOXABUSTION & CUPPING
Acupuncture Therapists often use other methods to complement needle treatment.  These may include moxabustion, a heat treatment using a dried herb called "mugwort".  Acupuncture is an effective therapy for a wide variety of conditions including:
- Sciatica
- Headaches, migraines 
- Asthma
- Chronic Fatigue
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- PMS
- And many other chronic conditions

All shiatsu and acupuncture treatments are 50 minutes long and appointments are recommended.  10 minute shiatsu tune-ups are available on a drop-in basis (subject to availability).

NEW...Cosmetic Acupuncture... $90 plus gst or $400 plus gst for 5 treatments (save $50).Treatments are 75 minutes.  A healthier alternative to cosmetic surgery...treat your face, body and well-being.

Monday to Friday      9:00 am - 9:00 pm 
Saturdays                  9:30 am - 4:30 pm

When making an appointment, please let us know if you are interested in receiving a shiatsu or acupuncture treatment or both. 

CLINIC PRICE (Subject to Change)

One  50-minute treatment (either shiatsu, acupuncture or a combination of both) $50.00 +gst
One 10-minute shiatsu tune-up (shiatsu only) $10.00 +gst
Book of 3 treatments (3 month expiry) $135.00 +gst 
Book of 5 treatments (5 month expiry) $220.00 +gst

Please note that there is a $30.00 cancellation fee for missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled on the same day.
