Description: Learn simple but effective techniques to improve health and increase relaxation in this short general interest course. This course is perfect for those that want to treat family, friends and themselves or for those considering further studies in shiatsu.

Shiatsu is a popular style of bodywork that can help you to maintain better health and ease the aches and stresses of daily life. This introductory course will teach you the correct technique and how to give a relaxing full body treatment. You will also learn some basic theory, self shiatsu, meditation and meridian stretching.
