This mindfulness meditation course is for those
who want to reconnect with themselves and learn basic mindfulness
meditation techniques. You will become familiar with mindfulness
meditation and experience how it can be a support for you in your
everyday life as well as in your work life.
You will receive guided instruction through a series of mindfulness meditation practices, as well as practical exercises to bring mindfulness into everyday life. You will learn to focus the mind and to be more mindful with yourself and others.
Mindfulness increases your focus and concentration. Skills such as the
ability to listen and gauge body language, as well as empathy and
compassion can help you to experience more joy and happiness in your

Sabine Buhlmann is a life coach and meditation teacher. She studied life coaching at the Institute of Applied Psychology of the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She also completed a three year program in Transactional Analysis, an approach that combines psychology and psychotherapy. With more than a decade of experience Sabine now integrates Mindfulness Meditation into her life coaching process. She attained her Applied Mindfulness Specialist certificate at the University of Toronto. She’s also a yoga teacher, trained and certified through the International Sivanda Yoga Vedanta Centre.
